Before you write

What we cannot answer

We cannot give medical advice, clear you to train, or assess an individual condition — ask a clinician. We also cannot supervise in-water practice remotely. If you want to train in water, work with an instructor from a freediving school and read the safety guide first.

Privacy and data requests

Choose “Privacy or data request” above and we will verify and process valid requests within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy. Training data is stored only on your device, so we cannot delete it remotely.
