Freediving Africa
Freediving Africa runs AIDA 1–4 and NAUI Freediver courses from Cape Town, alongside depth-safety, spearfishing, and coaching programs. The team includes two AIDA Master Instructors with competition-safety experience. Its published address is in Salt River, while teaching and coaching extend to ocean sites in the Western and Eastern Cape.
